Support Public Art in NYC! 

The Centre-fuge Public Art Project has started an online fundraising campaign through Indiegogo so they can expand in 2013 and bring murals to more people and locations.

With the 2nd Avenue subway line project now underway, a temporary trailer was set up to serve as an office for construction workers. The Centre-fuge Art Project (CPAP) found a way to make the trailer less of a public eyesore by using it as a way for urban artists to channel their creativity.

Centre-fuge Public Art Project Cycle 3 Installation (Video)

Centre-fuge Cycle 3 was installed in mid-May and was on view until mid-July. Cycle 3 Artists were Bishop203, Cram Concepts, Danielle Mastrion, Fumero, Jade Fusco and Michael Denicola.

Thanks to the Cycle 5 Artists Icy & Sot, Chris RWK & Veng, N’DA, See One, Cost & ENX, Billy Mode, and Jose-Aurelio Baez & Noidone for coming out and absolutely killing the game. The murals look great from every angle. 

Cycle 5 will be on view until mid-November. We have a special treat for you next Cycle so stay tuned in!
